About EAPI 2026
Bigger and more dynamic than ever, the 13th annual EAPI Summit, East Africa’s premier real estate gathering, will again occur in Nairobi, 13 – 14 May 2026, held at the Radisson Blu, Upperhill. Nairobi.
In 2026, the EAPI Summit will bring together over 500 global investors, developers, and professionals from the real estate and hospitality sectors for two days of deal-making, networking, and insights from industry leaders and trendsetters.
