Eligibility Criteria
The Government Real Estate Complimentary Pass is strictly limited to professionals who meet the following criteria:
- Currently employed within a government department, agency or public authority
- Role directly related to real estate, infrastructure, urban development, land management or housing
- Holds decision-making, advisory or strategic influence within their department
- Focused on policy, planning, delivery or oversight of real estate assets or portfolios
All applications are subject to verification and internal approval.
Approval & Confirmation Process
- Eligible candidates are identified and reviewed internally
- Applications are vetted against eligibility criteria
- Final approval is granted by the EAPI leadership team
- A formal invitation and registration link is issued
- Attendance is confirmed and managed directly by the EAPI team
Terms & Conditions
- Complimentary passes are by invitation only and non-transferable
- Approval is subject to eligibility review and capacity availability
- EAPI reserves the right to withdraw or decline invitations at its discretion
- Passes are intended exclusively for public-sector officials and may not be used by consultants or private-sector representatives
- Acceptance of the pass confirms participation in the full event programme

- Currently deploying or actively evaluating capital into real estate, infrastructure, hospitality or related asset classes
- Holds a decision-making or investment advisory role
- Has a defined investment mandate aligned to East Africa or broader Africa strategies

- Submission of interest or identification by the EAPI team
- Internal vetting based on investment mandate and eligibility
- Approval by the EAPI leadership team
- Formal confirmation and registration link issued
